Once we resume taking inquiries, our team will reach out to get to know you and provide you with a short-form questionnaire designed to help us get to know you. The questionnaire only takes 15 minutes to complete.

Franchise Disclosure Statement
You’ve been transparent with us, and now it’s time to return the favor. Step three is your chance to delve into our company’s track record. The Franchise Disclosure Document is an industry-standard report that provides you with in-depth information about financial performance, investment costs, compliance records and more.
STEP 4
Talk With Existing Franchise Owners
During our mutual due diligence process, you’ll get the chance to ask our existing franchise owners questions and vice versa.
STEP 5
Franchise Application
Next, you will submit a franchise application disclosing your financial information, background and credit history.
STEP 6
Attend Discovery Day
Welcome to our version of a show-and-tell! Discovery Days are your opportunity to meet with our executive team, either virtually or in person. During the session, you’ll explore all things American Freight directly with the leadership team and get to ask any questions you have.
STEP 7
BoeFly Submission and Verification
We’ve partnered with BoeFly, a third-party financial technology company, to provide a marketplace of funding solutions and services for our franchise owners. BoeFly conducts detailed credit and background checks with its bVerify system to provide customized solutions.
STEP 8
Committee Review
Almost there! This step involves a formal and final review of your previously submitted franchise application, desired real estate territory and the number of units you’ve requested.
STEP 9
Sign Franchise Agreement
It’s time to sign! Now you’ll finalize the agreement and formally lock in your territory(ies) by signing and paying the franchise fee.

Discovery Days are a chance for you to get to know us and see American Freight in action. Each month, we invite potential franchise owners to meet at our headquarters near Columbus, Ohio.
These one-to two-day events are designed to give you a feel for what it will be like to own an American Freight. In addition to a meet and greet with our executive leadership team, each department, including operations, marketing and real estate, will deep dive into all the ways they provide support to franchise owners like you. You’ll also participate in a guided tour through our headquarters and local stores in Columbus.
